Admission Process

At the time of admission each child is evaluated to identify the level of
functioning with respect to academic skills as well as functional skills. Then an IEP is designed based on the strengths and areas which have to be developed.

Once a child takes admission, we do an informal assessment which spans over a month, to understand the child’s abilities and decide how we can take it forward. Then parents are called for a meeting and we discuss our observations. We mutually decide to have a few goals which we hope to achieve in the next three months. Accordingly the child is placed in the respective groups. Children are grouped together depending on the activity being done in the class and the child’s ability. In a classroom we have a ratio 1:3 or maximum 1:4.
